BE part of Lasta – Ireland’s first arts festival made by young people for young people.
One of the feature events of the festival is Illuminate, an online exhibition which will be co-hosted by An Grianán Theatre with the Dunamaise Arts Centre in Portlaoise, and Siamsa Tire in Tralee. There is an overall prize of €400 for the best entry as well as an opportunity to have a full exhibition in 2022.
Lasta’s Illuminate open submission will feature digital artworks selected by guest curator, illustrator Barry Quinn.
The exhibition is open to young artists and illustrators ages 18 and over who are Irish or Northern Irish residents. The deadline for entries is May 17.
