Almost 30 patients waiting on beds in LUH

TWENTY nine patients are currently on trolleys at Letterkenny University Hospital. 

Twelve patients are in the emergency department, while a further 17 are on wards elsewhere in the hospital. Two of the patients are children under the age of 16.

Nationally, 565 admitted patients are waiting for beds this morning, according to today’s INMO Trolley Watch.

417 patients are waiting in the emergency department, while 148 are in wards elsewhere in the hospital.
