THE 48th Donegal Sports Star Awards take place this Friday night in the Mount Errigal Hotel in Letterkenny and a sold out audience will be in attendance.
Over 550 tickets are sold for the event with 161 nominees for different categories as normality is resumed to the live event after Covid.
“We’re looking at a very big crowd for Friday night, said the Donegal Sports Star Awards PRO, Declan Kerr.
“We’re only back live for the second year after two years of Covid and we had the awards ran remotely and it was good to keep it going.
“And in terms of sport there is more going on and things are starting to get back to normal and we’re back to pre-Covid numbers so it’s all systems go for Friday.”
