TREVOR Alcorn is back with his native Termon and is looking towards getting them back to the Senior Championship.
Alcorn was in charge of Gaoth Dobhair in 2022 and took them to the semi-finals of the Donegal Senior Football Championship before getting knocked out by current title holders Naomh Conaill.
But despite having enjoyed his time with the Magheragallon men and being ready to take on a second season, once he got approached by Termon players, he knew where he was going to end up for the year.
“The boys themselves came looking (for me). I was looking forward to spending another year in Gaoth Dobhair. At the time they needed somebody last year and I would have been happy to go on for two years because I only spent the year getting to know a lot of the players.
“There was a bit of a fire in them and they were anxious to get back but I’m back in Termon because the players approached me.”
