Letterkenny man Enda Kelly has been appointed AIB branch manager in Buncrana.
Enda, who has worked in the Letterkenny branch for a number of years, said he is very proud to take on the new role.
“At AIB, we understand the importance of a strong branch network to local communities, particularly in Inishowen where we support our customers every week with their financial needs,” he said.
“Whether that’s opening your first account, buying your dream home or planning for your financial future, the team in AIB Buncrana is here to support our customers at every stage of their journey.”
The appointment follows AIB’s recent announcement of a €40m investment programme in its nationwide network of branches.
AIB’s retail banking unit supports over three million personal, mortgage and SME customers. The bank also has the largest branch network in Ireland, with 170 branches, and has 2.19 million active digital users.
Commenting on the appointment, AIB’s Head of Consumer Banking, Adrian Moynihan said: “I am delighted to appoint Enda Kelly as Branch Manager of AIB Buncrana.
“With his wealth of banking experience and his deeply rooted knowledge of our customers in Buncrana and the Inishowen region, he will be an exceptional advocate for our customers in Co. Donegal.
“AIB is deeply committed to making a positive contribution to our local communities across Ireland.”
