THE Donegal Women’s Centre, in partnership with the HSE Connecting for Life “Let’s Talk About Suicide” Programme, are hosting a ‘A Space to Breathe’ event.
This free 8-week Mindful Interior Design Workshop will begin on Monday, November 3 in Donegal Town.
This unique workshop invites women to pause, reconnect, and explore how their living spaces can support wellbeing, balance, and renewal. Participants will learn how mindful design can create homes that reflect who they are and how they want to feel.
Over eight weeks, women will discover gentle, practical ways to bring harmony, beauty, and joy into their surroundings while enjoying a safe and welcoming environment to connect with others.
“A Space to Breathe is about more than interior design,” said Mary Herlihy, Manager of the Donegal Women’s Centre.
“It is an opportunity to create spaces that support mental wellbeing, foster calm, and provide a sense of balance.
“We are delighted to offer this workshop to women in Donegal Town and the surrounding areas and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on participants.”
The workshop will take place at Inkwell, Unit 6 Millcourt Mews, Donegal Town, from 7pm to 9pm every Monday evening for eight weeks starting on Monday, November 3.
Spaces are free but limited, and early booking is recommended.
