HE’S not likely to give up his successful career as a sports broadcaster with TV3 for singing any time soon, but this morning Donegal’s was truly a great sport!
On TV3 this morning, the Annagry native was prompted to do sing after British athlete Marilyn Okoro sang ‘Amazing Grace’ after an amazing race in the 800 metre heats at the World Championships.
Once Okoro finished, Tommy took over in the studio, but left it after a couple of words, knowing that singing isn’t is biggest strength, but being the great ‘sport’ that he is he enjoyed the laugh.
