Owner of rabbit sought

The owner of a rabbit who had been in ‘garda custody’ after being found in Letterkenny is still being sought.
Letterkenny Roads Policing Unit were on patrol on Sunday morning when they happened upon the ‘fast and furry’ road user.
They said the little chap was not very happy as he was drenched and in need of a good ‘hare dryer’.
Having taken him in for a short time, the rabbit is now in the care of the good people at ISPCA Donegal Animal Rehabilitation Centre and they have kindly agreed to take the rabbit in and look after it.
Gardaí in Letterkenny said they wish to ‘lettuce’ reunite the pet with its owner. The owner is asked to contact ISPCA directly on (074) 91 52360.
