35k spent on lights on the Letterkenny to Ramelton road

DONEGAL County Council recently erected 10 new street lights on a stretch of road on the R245 Letterkenny to Ramelton.

Speaking to the Donegal News this week, Cllr Jimmy Kavanagh welcomed this work.

“Ten additional lights were erected to fill the gaps in public lighting along that stretch of road at a cost of €35,000.

“They are part of the agreed footpath and public lighting programme of 2023.

“I very much welcome this work,” he concluded.
