There are 28 patients without a bed at Letterkenny University Hospital this morning, according to the latest Trolley Watch figures released by the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation (INMO).
Of these, 9 patients are waiting on trolleys in the emergency department, while a further 19 patients are waiting for beds in wards elsewhere in the hospital.
Nationally, 495 admitted patients were waiting for beds this morning, according to today’s INMO figures.
