McGRANAGHAN, James Joseph

McGRANAGHAN – The death has occurred of James Joseph McGranaghan (Honey) in his 92nd year, 32 Wolfe Tone Place, Glencar, Letterkenny, formerly UK and Perth Australia. Pre-deceased by his wife Pauline (6th February 2023); brothers Danny, John and Leo (Toots); sisters Margaret and Sally.

Deeply regretted by his family, sons Kerry (Perth) and Paul (Lettterkenny); daughters Jane Melvin (Perth) and Sally Thompson (Queensland); brothers Paddy (Coventry), Barney (Wexford), Dicky (Letterkenny); sister Susan Geraghty ((Letterkenny); daughters-in-law Claire and Breid; sons-in-law Alex and Andrew, grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace


Reposing at the Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top, Letterkenny from 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm on Thursday, 16th February, concluding with removal to St. Eunan’s Cathedral for Reception Prayers at 5 pm, reposing overnight for 11 am Requiem Mass on Friday, 17th February, which can be viewed online by using the link followed by burial in Conwal Cemetery.
