Tina Connolly organised the first Mind Yourself Women’s Wellness event in Letterkenny. The evening centred around mental health & included speakers on fitness & nutrition, mental health, advice on life’s challenges & mindset – all with a little fashion and makeup thrown in.
Tina has battled with an anxiety disorder for almost 6 years and wanted people in the same situation to know they are not alone, and that there is help available. Tina created a relaxed setting ensuring that each woman felt at ease and left having learned something valuable.
