DONEGAL News columnist Declan Bonner will be ratified as the new Donegal senior team manager tomorrow night at a special County Committee meeting in Ballybofey.
It will be the Na Rossa clubman’s second stint as manager having previously managed the senior team from late 1997 to 2000.
Gallagher succeeds Rory Gallagher who stepped down as manager eight weeks ago.
Five people were in contention for the job when the deadline for nominations and applications passed – Bonner, Shaun Paul Barrett, Cathal Corey, Gary McDaid, and Seamus ‘Banty’ McEnaney.
