A NEW exhibition called ‘Art in Mini’ is set to showcase the work of over 40 artists from across the north west.
The exhibition is being organised by Donegal artist Sinéad Smyth and Derry artist Stephen Shaw.
Inishowen based sculptor Maurice Harron, who created the sculpture of the two figures on The Dry Arch Roundabout in Letterkenny, will launch the exhibition at Grousehall House in Gleneely, Inishowen on Saturday, September 2nd between 7.30pm and 9.30pm.
“Many of the works are inspired pieces that explore the rural and urban landscapes of Derry and Donegal and the North-West. Pieces include paintings, sculpture and photography,” said Stephen.
A preview and artists’ reception with wine and entertainment will also be held on the launch night. Public viewing will run from 2nd to 30th September from 12pm to 5pm daily. Private viewing is also available by appointment by contacting 0871372139.
