Donegal man found safe and well in Paris

A Donegal man reported missing in Paris yesterday has been found safe and well.

 Lee McLaughlin (19) from Gleneely went missing in the French Capital after attending the Ireland – Sweden match at the Stade de France on Monday.

He was last seen in his Paris hotel on Monday,  but did not check in at the airport for his flight home.

It’s understood he was located in Paris earlier this morning and reunited with members of his family who had flown to Paris to take part in the search.

Mr McLaughlin's family say his disappearance is "very out of character" for him.

“Billy is a loving home cat and I miss him dreadfully. Please look out for him.”

Hundreds of people, including rescue experts and volunteers, have been involved in ongoing searches for him along the border...
