Donegal Networkers reach €5 million milestone

LOCAL Donegal business people celebrated the generation of €5 million worth of business in just over four years this week. The Stronghold Chapter of BNI work together by promoting each other through word of mouth referrals which has been found to be the most successful formula to gain new business.

The group meet in The Central Hotel each Thursday morning and consists of many local business people who are responsible for creating employment to more than 300 people locally.

Speaking of the group’s achievement Bernard Gallagher, (Chapter Director) said: “We are thrilled to reach such the €5million milestone in such a short period of time. Each member of the Chapter is growing their business and with the continued support of BNI we can continue to do so which can in turn benefit the local Donegal economy. This landmark of €5 million is proof that things are looking up and we are really excited to kickstart 2016 and exceed last year’s success.”

Also speaking of the success of The Stronghold Chapter, Derek Reilly, Area Director, BNI Ireland South and West stated: “The success of Stronghold is proof that business in Donegal is thriving and things certainly look bright for 2106.
