Teenager seriously ill after Stranorlar crash

A NINETEEN-year-old man is in a serious condition in a Dublin hospital following a crash outside Stranorlar last night.

The teenager was travelling in a Ford Focus with another young man when their car left the road at 10:30 pm at Cavan Lower, Killygordon, on the main Stranorlar to Lifford road.

The second man was not injured in the incident which occurred at a notorious accident blackspot near the Temple Plant and Tool Hire premises.


The N15 is currently closed between Stranorlar and Killygordon while Gardai carry out a forensic examination of the scene and, as a result, diversions are in place.
