A FARMER has been killed following a suspected bull attack in Burt this afternoon.
The man, who was in his 60s, was found by his brother who was also injured in a subsequent attack.
The victim, whose has not yet been officially named, was well-known in the area.
It is believed the alarm was raised by his brother after he failed to return to the home they shared.
The area was sealed off and a full investigation has been launched by a number of agencies into the circumstances surrounding the death. Gardai are also at the scene.
