Get ready for Stars In Their Eyes with CLG Cill Cartha

KILCAR GAA Minor Board presents a fundraising spectacular, Stars in their Eyes, on Easter Sunday, April 20, in The Blue Haven Hotel, Kilcar. As another busy playing season gets under way, the stage is set for a fun filled night of entertainment featuring all new local talent.

CLG Cill Chartha will celebrate its 90th birthday this year and our Minor Board is a very important part of our Club. The Minor Board organises training and games for all our children from the ages of five to 18 years. The Club also provides coaching and child protection courses for all adults involved in the Minor Board.
The club’s underage have achieved many successes over the years and with all the young talent coming through we hope to continue to have many more successful years in the future. The club would like to thank its community for continued support.

Rehearsals have been going on over the last month, with a fierce rivalry developing between the acts, with some acts refusing to rehearse on the same night as the others.

The club’s very own celebrity guest judges are being flown in especially for the night. The night promises to be a great success with many music genres on display.
Performing on the night are Niamh Gavigan, Aodhan McGinley, Shannen McLaughlin, Patrice and Rachel McHugh, Ethna O’Donnell, Louise Barnes, Hannah Doogan and Collette McDevitt; Adrian Boyle, Raymond Gillespie, Paul Cully, Martin Campbell and Aiden Malone; Eoin and Ryan O’Donnell, Peadar Conroy, Michael Cunningham and Shane Redmond; Pauric Carr, Liam Doherty, Brian O’Donnell, Ryan McGinley and Conal Gilmore.
