
AN EAST Donegal man pleaded guilty to two charges of having sex with an underage girl at this morning’s (Thursday) sitting of Letterkenny Circuit Court.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared in court alone to face the charges which related to incidents which occurred on two separate occasions in 2012.
Judge Keenan Johnson adjourned sentencing to the April 1, sitting of the court and ordered that a victim impact statement and a probation report be produced on the same date.
The man was also placed on the sex offenders register.
