Disability rights campaigner fights against home help cuts

AS a protest march is set to take place in Letterkenny today (Friday) against savage cuts to home help hours, a well known local disability rights campaigner has made a heartfelt plea to the HSE to reverse the move.

Speaking to the Donegal News, polio sufferer, Mr Donal K. O’Boyle, a native of Gweedore, who now resides in Letterkenny, yesterday (Thursday) pleaded with the HSE to ‘look after the vulnerable and treat them with respect and dignity’.
