€3million holiday centre for Carrigart

PLANS for a €3million Oceanfront indoor adventure activity centre near Carrigart are set to go ahead after agreements between the developers and Donegal County Council.

Dublin based firm, T&G Properties, The Grange, Lucan, plan to build the leisure activity centre to include a swimming pool, bar and restaurant, children’s play area, picnic area, tennis courts and a nine hole pitch and putt course at a scenic site in the Aghadachor area.

The plans also include holiday home villas and the developers have been granted an exemption by Donegal County Council planners to drop a restriction for selling the villas on the basis they will have a substantial part of the works done by the end of 2012.
